As soon as this place opened up down the street from my house, I had to give them a try. I have developed a taste for Taqueria tacos, and could basically eat them every meal, every day. Unfortunately, there is another place a little closer to the house, but their tacos are dry, flavorless, and they run out of the meat really early in the day. Taqueria La Capital has DEFINITELY become my favorite taco spot. These guys have mastered the simplicity of what a taco should be. No frills, just flavor. The did previously stock flan and tres leches cake, but those are gone now unfortunately. I have never had a bad meal here, and have never had a complaint about the food. The service is great and friendly, and the restaurant is clean (though we usually get our food to go since we are literally down the street).
