The cuisine here is reminiscent of crossing over the border to have lunch. For being this far north, the authenticity of the food is suprising. They cover it all - lingua, barbacoa/cabeza, puerco, pollo and just plain carne asada. I often get it to go because, well... that's how I would get it when visiting Mexico. Don't expect cheese, sour cream or flour tortillas. That's more fo the ""Text-Mex"" cuisine - check Wikipedia for that definition. You may want to brush up on your Spanish to cut through the language barrier you're likely to run into. That is a certain clue on the authenticity of the food. Service was a bit slow and well worth the wait.
