I took a tappercize class at PCC for one semester and I lost about 7 or 8 pounds in the process. It's great exercise especially for people who do not enjoy running on treadmills at the gym. The instructor is wonderful and everybody in the class is always having a good time. Pros: Fun with good music and lots of exercise! more
