My friends and I were visiting from out of town and went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a member of our party. When we entered, we offered to split up into two five-person units so that they would not have to go to the trouble of putting tables together, etc. They told us it 'wasn't a problem' and sat us all together anyways. We ordered, and the food was GREAT!!! I had a carnivore pizza and it was honestly the best meat pizza I've ever had. And it comes with this amazing pesto dressing which adds a delicious tang to the pizza and is incredibly addictive. All would have been well except that: a) they refused to split up our ticket when we were ready to leave, and b) the reason they kept us all together is that they add an 18% gratuity to parties of 6 or more....no problem indeed! The gratuity really wasn't that big of a deal, especially since we probably would have tipped more than that just because the food was so good. But it was the whole reason they refused to separate our checks! Even if they had split up the gratuity by person, we would have paid them the same amount and it would've saved us having to look through the menu for prices, calculate our own tax per person, and split up the gratuity accordingly...all done with the crayons and little paper placemats left on the table for our amusement. Disappointing end to a very good meal. (Also, the staff just sat and watched us try to figure it out....no offer to let us borrow a calculator or anything!)
Pros: Some of the best pizza I've ever eaten, original menu items
Cons: Service lacking
