Tao San Jin offers great Chinese food at affordable prices. They have a good mu shu preparation and excellent chicken in lettuce cups. They occasional underseasoned dishes though....

Tao San Jin offers great Chinese food at affordable prices. They have a good mu shu preparation and excellent chicken in lettuce cups. They occasional underseasoned dishes though. However, the staff is extremely friendly and the service is quick. You can get the best value by ordering the lunch special, which consists of your choice of entrée, appetizer, and rice. It does get busy during lunch time though. more

Excellent lunch specials 8/20/2005

Tao San Jin, or TSJ as the locals call it, offers great Chinese food. My favorites are the vegetable chow mein and fried rice. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is quick. The best value is the lunch special with your choice of entrée and appetizer and rice. It does get busy during lunch time, so make sure to get there early for quicker service! more

Some Good Chinese Food 8/9/2005

Tao San Jin is I think the best Chinese food in Antioch. All the dishes I've tried so far were delicious. The restaurant is sparsely decorated though and the chairs and tables are rather old and dingy but you can always order take out. Their service is very good though, we usually get our food within ten minutes of ordering and the waiters are usually attentive. more

Really Good Chinese Food 8/5/2005

Tao San Jin is located in a shopping plaza very close to the freeway and the mall in Antioch. The are located in the back and can be easilty missed. The restaurant has old furnishings and is sparsely decorated. The chairs are stained and so is their carpet. However, their food is excellent. Yummy. We dine here all the time. more
