Worst car buying experience ever! My car engine was bad 6 months later. They would not help me with it at all! I had to get a rental car while they fixed my car and it took three weeks! Then the receptionist yelled at me when i told her i didnt have another car and she said it sounds like you are in a car and i hear your husband. What an evil witch! She kept saying uh huh uh huh like i was lying to her or something. Horrible rude people!!! more

I wouldn't buy a bicycle off of these very rude people. I had just come back home, fresh out of the service and my second tour in Iraq. I asked to test drive a vehicle. I had the money in my pocket to buy it if I liked it. I present my Texas I.D. because it is all I had at the time. The sales person said, in a very stern and hateful voice, ""No you are not test driving any of my cars."" I said, ""Can I ask why?"" He said, ""Because you have an out of state license, you could be running some kind of scam and it is our right to refuse anyone to test drive any vehicle."" This was the only thing the guy knew about me that I had a Texas I.D. So Just Say NO to Tansky. more

Have had nothing but trouble with the junk car we bought from them. They wont work with you to make it right and will tell you that its on you not them. They prey on people who have bad cradit or no credit and make a killing off of us. The manager is verry rude and doesn't care about the customer just the money that is going into his pocket. I have never had any problems with Tansky's over the years. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and am ready to go down and check on buying another. If the sales people were ever rude to customer the person had to be a real pain and probably rude themselves. Anyway I would recommend Tansky's Automart to anyone and everyone. We just returned from attempting to test drive a vehicle. I say attempt becasue the sales person there refused to allow us to test drive unless we bought it. well how do i know if i want to buy it unless i test drive it?\r we had visited this same location a week prior and did test drive 3 trucks, the first had an issue with the steering, we drove it approximately 3 miles and brought it back, the next one we didnt like at all, and literaly went to the end of the block and brought it back. the third one had a strange sound when it reached a certain speed, so after about 3 miles we returned it. \r We live about 30 minutes from this place, so we made a trip down today,just to drive through and see what they have. there was a truck sitting there that appeared to meet what we were looking for. When my son asked if we could take it for a test drive, he was asked if we had test drove some last week, my son said yes, he was then told gas isnt cheap and we would have to purchase it if we were going to test drive it. we left.\r i called back and spoke to the salesperson, i was informed that they do not sell to minors, i pointed out i would be the one purcahsing the vehicle, he then told me they didnt sell to moms or dads, i asked who do you sell to then?\r he was extremely rude on the phone, restating we could not come in and test drive without purchasing, and then he hung up on me.\r i would recommend no one ever purchase from this place, i have bought many cars over the years, and never ever ran into such a place.
