I had a bad experience here, but that was just an off week for them I'm sure because I also had a good experience on a prior visit. \r I will try them again when my sewing machine needs service. Classes are offered in different crafts. more

We have been Tanner customers for a million years! They are very honest, reliable, and generous. My husband is VERY particular about vacuum cleaners, and Tanners has given us the best advise and service. We highly recommend Tanner's. more

Vacuums and Sewing 12/1/2008

Ian Gittins specializes in Miele vacuums and is very knowledgeable about them. He also repairs and cleans most brands of vacuums. In the other half of the room is where they sell sewing machines by a women named Capril Thomas. She's an expert on sewing machines, offers sewing classes to kids and adults. The sewing classes are excellent and fun for all ages. more

FANTASTIC customer service 8/27/2007

a really great resource for beginners and more advanced sewers alike. they carry janome and viking/husqvarna sewing machines, but can repair just about any brand. anyone who has purchased a machine from them gets free classes on how to use it properly. they also offer general sewing classes, scissor/knife sharpening, a great trade up program and workspace rentals. i'm pretty sure if you go to their website, you can download coupons to use. love love love this place. friendly service, very helpful and informative, offer free and private classes to assist in learning how to use your machine. will try to accommodate to your schedule. Great customer service Pros: will go out of their way to assist you Cons: i cant learn new things as fast as i want more
