Took my Fossil watch in for a new battery on 10/09/09. Shop said it needed more than that & to leave it so that they could determine what was wrong. Suffice it to say, they never called me. On 10/20/09, I called and inquired on my watch. They put me on hold for a long time and then told me my watch needed a new coil...which would cost $50. That is more than the watch is being sold for today brand new:( Shop said "Do you still want us to fix it?" Hey, I'm a nice person but they were just holding my property, making excuses and overcharging! I told them to hold it for me to pick up. Suffice it to say, this is one customer who will never shop there or use their services again. Trust is a very important issue for me.
