As long as I can remember it has always been very inviting and relaxing at Tania's every when she had the "little" shop on Princess St. I love to go there after a very busy day at work and be pampered.... more

Pampering Day 2/5/2012

I had a great haircut and color by Colleen. Then while my color set I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure by Linda. The atmosphere is always very relaxing and not stuffy like a lot of salons. You feel at home yet treated like a VIP. more

Best Hair Care Ever 2/3/2012

I was lucky when my husband won a newspaper contest and I got to go to Tania's for the first time, ???? years ago now. With its competent and friendly staff, you feel like family. The Aveda products are environmentally planned and work fabulously, making a trip to Tania's a guilty pleasure. more

With the most amazing stylists! I have been going to TANIA for years and have never been disappointed. The salon is beautiful, the staff is very professional and VERY courteous, and they continue to exceed my expectations each time I come back for my next appointment. They make you feel like I am the only client and focus 100% of their attention on me! Talk about feeling special! Well done! more

Tania Salon review 4/24/2011

Down to earth and they do the basics very well at a reasonable price. I like Caitlin as my hair stylist and the manicure was good too. Tania the owner listens and cares about the customers. This is a very friendly comfortable salon that could improve by increasing their hours of operation and doing promotions through places like Eversave (also in Wakefield). If you know what you want and you want to skip the glitz and glamour and get great value this is the place. Exceptional service and they do a great job but I do not think of them as "trendsetters" - down to earth and classic. more

I went to this salon recently for the first time. Tania, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. The staff seemed nice. The salon itself is beautiful although there really didn't seem to be much of a waiting area. There was just this long long leather-upholstered bench to sit while waiting. The stylist who cut my hair was pleasant but quite honestly, she seemed almost disinterested. Even after I explained how I wanted my hair cut, she really didn't seem to be listening. The cut was okay but not really what I wanted. The price was very reasonable though. Pros: Aveda products, very welcoming both people and decor Cons: Very small waiting area more

Tania salon is really beautiful and the employees are incredibly friendly. I got my haircut by Caitlin and she was a sweetheart, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut and style. And the Aveda products are amazing. I will definitely be back. more
