This small, 13-table, mountain eatery really delivers! Started with the complimentary salmon ravioli amuse-bouche (excellent). First Course: Zucchini Basil Pancakes with Camembert and Tomato Confit (delicious) and Belgian Endive salad with Pear, walnuts and Blue Cheese (very interesting). Main Course: Paella with Duck Confit, Mussles, and Tiger Shrimp (the duck was succulent) and Elk Loin with Morels, Goat Cheese Chive Mashed Potatoes with Blackberry-Port Reduction (very good). Pistachio Profiteroles for dessert (decadent). Wine list is limited but offers something for everyone. Service was great. This place can get a little noisy. Congratulations to Chef Adam Mali for delivering such a great experience.
Pros: Excellent Food, Service
Cons: Noisy
