Tangles Salon and Spa was a beautiful salon. All of the hair stylist were very helpful. The salon was spotless. It had a very warm feeling and I enjoyed my appointment very much. The owners were there and they both made me feel great. I will definately go back to see them. No wonder they have been voted the best of Tracy 7 years in a row!! Pros: LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SALON more

All the Good Stylist Left !!!!! Rude and Left waiting no one waited on us. 3/6/2007

I was left waiting in reception when a stylist looked at me I was looked at with irritation and was still not helped. ( two others also waiting) I use to go there but all the good stylist left !!!!!!!! I wanted to buy product. went elsewhere and will never go back !!!!! Pros: was once the #1 salon in Tracy Cons: Rude staff, No longer #1 salon in Tracy, Over priced, inexperienced stylists more
