Especially the tandoor spaciality is the worst I don't recommend this for anyone May be this is good for Americans, but this is not the restaurant for people who expect authentic indian taste. All foods r americanized All curries are very sweet But the hospitality is excellent I won't visit this restaurant again more

Great Indian Food 12/28/2005

This is the best Indian restaurant around with good, friendly atmosphere. Service is great and polite. The lighting and decorations are good. Lunch buffet is reasonably priced and they have large variety in buffet. Desserts are great. I recommend this restaurant to whoever wants have Indian food. You will not be disappointed. more

This place has been around forever. It's the granddaddy of Indian food in Toledo. The food is good. It's for americans who want to eat Indian food, so don't be afraid. They can make anything as hot or mild as you want. Kids are welcome. It's a casual place where you can sit back and just enjoy the ambiance. Make sure you order the house specialty tandoori chicken. It's sort of like BBQ but it's cooked in a different kind of grill (a tandoor) so the flavor is more concentrated. Highly recommend this place. You can also bring a date here and it's a nice place to order a couple of dishes and share. more
