He overcharges and does not fix mistakes that are clearly his. He misfiled both our personal taxes and our Business taxes. I had never used a tax preparer before but did not want to make mistakes. He can't read a W2 properly or he would not have taken a child tax care credit twice so know we owe the IRS 600 plus interest and penalties. We paid him $467.00 for nothing since I had to re do everything Pros: Bad at Taxes Cons: Owe IRS more
