I never worry about my dogs here 6/13/2011

I have 2 dogs. Both love ""going to camp"" when mom and dad have to take a vacation. The staff greets them with smiles and happy voices, I know they are able to go outside upon will and I don't worry about their safety with other dogs as they have their own designated area. more

only kennel I would ever use! 5/15/2011

I have a 5 year old Golden, and the only place I feel comfortable leaving him when I go out of town is Tan-Zar. They have the nicest staff, the cleanest facility, and they are very strict with their rules, which I love! I never have to worry about another pet staying there that has not been properly vacinated (not so with another kennel in the area). My dog comes home very relaxed and happy. He never seems stressed or looks like he missed a meal, so I know he is very comfortable staying with the warm and kind folks at Tan-Zar! more

Best Facility 5/9/2011

I have worked at Tan-Zar for over 16 years as the groomer and I find it to be the best facility I have worked in. The staff is exceptionally caring towards the pets. When I board my dog I use the facility. Mainly because the dogs have 24 hour access to outside, which puts less stress on her to maintain our ""home"" schedule. more

UNCLEAN & UNEDUCATED 6/16/2008

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP AT LEAST ONE PERSONS PET.I TOOK MY DOG TO THIS PLACE AND UPON ARRIVING I NOTICED TWO SMALLER DOGS VERY EXHAUSTED OUTSIDE AND NO WATER IN SIGHT.I GO INSIDE AND TOLD THE WORKER THAT CAME OUT 15 MINUTES LATER TO HELP ME THAT THERE WAS 2 DOGS OUTSIDE WITH NO WATER AND VERY HOT.SHE SAID O YEAH THEY WERE BEING BAD.THERE WAS FECES ON THE FLOOR WHERE THEY WANTED TO PUT MY DOG.A DIFFERENT WORKER CAME OUT AND SAID WE WILL CLEAN IT LATER.I IMMEDIATLY LEFT.VERY FRUSTRATED AND UNPLEASED.THERE WERE PREVIOUS BAD REVIEWS OF THIS KENNEL BUT SOMEHOW CITYSEARCH DELETED THEM.THERE IS ANOTHER BOARDING FACILITY IN THE AREA CALLED RUSTIC RIDGE.I TOOK MY PET THERE AND WAS VERY HAPPY.EVEN GOT 5.00 OFF FOR BEING A NEW CUSTOMER. more
