brought my 2006 eclipse gt in for halo headlight upgrade, informed the staff of the color codes to parking lights, half hour prior to dropping off the vehicle i receive a call from them explaining they are have difficulty figuring out the wiring for the halos, led, ect. once again i explain the color codes and exactly where the wires are, they still were unable to comprehend, they proceed to put the actuaal mechanic on the line, so i explain to him, color codes, exactly where the wire is, he seemed baffled by this and so was i seeing its bout as basic as it gets, seemed as if the whole shops heads combined could did not have a simple understanding of basic parking light, turn signal operation especially the concept that these two functions share the same bulb, spouted out excuses such as i need a ballast, argued there was two wires on the parking lamp when in fact there is three. now this car requires the plastic bumper to be removed to install head lamps turn signals so on, that being the reason for choosing a shop to have this procedure done. so bottom line, i have lows and highs but they won't be able to wire the halos and led, no big deal to them, i would have to bring the car back and physically point to the wire on both sides that i can see but not reach, have the bumper removed once again and waste couple more hours due to their ignorance of basic wring, i could not have explained it more clearly to them several time, they were just lost. so, they were kind enough to leave the key in my car for me to pick up after hours without paying the invoice, seeing as i have done thousands of dollars in business with them in the past, but we wont go into that(long story short the car caught on fire because they did such a bad job on the belt alignments) i get on the highway and my car is shaking horribly, this was never an issue prior till today, i get home and go to pop my hood...its already unlatched, they didnt shut it you would almost have to do that on purpose it closes so easily, the shaking was my hood, about to blow off on the highway, then i notice a softball size dent in the bumper that wasn't there when i dropped it off. something is wrong with this picture dont you think?
