Looking back at our photo album this weekend, has just reminded me how unimpressed and poorly treated we felt by our experience with Tampa Photo. My wife and I were married back in 2009 and even now (three years later) I felt compelled to voice my frustration with others about the nonexistent customer service and outright hostility we felt with deal with this vendor. It took them almost a year (about 9 to 10 months) to get us our album (that we had to prepay for). When we had questions (that we could only email about, they would not just pick up the phone and talk about the issues we were having), they were rude, disrespectful and quite honestly felt like they couldn't be bothered that we had personal issues going on during this time (my wife’s father passed away right in the middle of this process). I have never paid someone so much money and ultimately treat me so poorly in my life. It almost felt like they were doing US a favor by doing what we paid them to do.
