All about customer service 11/10/2016

I took my Genisis Coupe in for the 110,000 service. I had questions about the quote I had been given for this major service on my previous visit because the quote seemed out of line and had included some things I had already had done recently. The service rep went over everything with me and agreeably made the necessary adjustments to the quote reducing the service charge. Because of the misunderstanding I received my car back freshly washed. more

Great people, not so great service 5/4/2016

I brought my wife's 2012 accent in for service because the horn had quit working and we were hearing valve rattle during acceleration. The horn was fixed, but there was nothing done about the valve rattle. It was recommended we do a fuel system treatment for $150 that did nothing for the valve rattle. I think this money should be refunded. While there were no diagnostic codes there is an audible problem with this vehicle and it still needs to be resolved. more

Great Repair Service 12/3/2015

I am very impressed with Tameron's Service Center...I scheduled my car for repairs conveniently on-line and was surprised to get in so quickly just before Thanksgiving Holiday. My wait was minimal and the service center staff are very attentive, friendly, and professional. It reminds me of the Lexus Service Center...nice clean waiting area with refreshments provided. I would definitely use Tameron again to service my Genesis. Highly recommend! more
