Excellent sushi every time we go there which is almost every week. Don't expect some of the crazy fancy rolls that other places serve. Do expect the best sushi you have had. My suggestion is the masago with quail egg on top. more

I have been going to Tamas for 5 years, and have never had a bad experience, food always tastes fresh, and it's in a great area. Pros: great food, reasonable Cons: bad parking, small dining area more

  • We are a family owned and operated sushi restaurant! We are located only one block from the ocean! Our in-house chef has over 36 years experience and was trained in Japan. We offer traditional Japanese cuisine. Chef Tama was the first chef to introduced sushi to Jacksonville in 1981. Come enjoy our friendly service and wonderful atmosphere!
