Tamaron Ranch

Tamaron Ranch is an awful place to live. Despite the incredible amount of crime, involving stolen cars and car parts, the place is not pleasant at all. I have had cars that belong to me and my roommates broken into three times. I see windows smashed in all the time. Parents here do not look after their kids and they get in other car's way when they are driving in the lot. The kids break windows and play baseball in the parkinglot but the parents do nothing, either do the apartments. The managers are very rude. They told us to give them a notification for leaving on a certain day and then changed it the day we gave it in. They said if we paid for carpet cleaning we would get our deposit back, but we did not get ANY money back. The parking is terrible. Cars will be in the same spot for months and never move. All the visitor parkings are taken by 5pm every day, I must walk four complexes back to reach my apartment at night. The neighbors in my building are very loud, and as much as I talk to the management, nothing is ever done. I have been here three years and the jacuzzi has never worked. DO NOT MOVE HERE, it is an awful place to live!! more

If you don't mind the drug dealing, prostitution, uncontrolled kids, people driving thru the parking lot blasting music that the civilised world doesn't want to hear at 2am, attempted break ins, racist and lying office staff, then it's great. For me? This is the the firey depths of a sinners afterlife. I've been here 6 months and can't stand it. Inconsiderate neighbors park in MY assigned parking space after I've had them towed off several times for doing so. I've complained multiple times about the kids (usually aged 2 - 12) playing in the parking lot without parental supervision, who I've almost run over because they run out from behind other vehicles, I'm paying over 3x my water bill for sewer usage and I have been conserving water like crazy, and I can't get a straight answer, much less a resolution about that. Inconsiderate neighbors park in MY assigned parking space after I've had them towed off several times for doing so. I've complained multiple times about the kids (usually aged 2 - 12) playing in the parking lot without parental supervision, who I've almost run over because they run out from behind other vehicles, I'm paying over 3x my water bill for sewer usage and I have been conserving water like crazy, and I can't get a straight answer, much less a resolution about that. The hispanic office manager is quick to issue warnings over petty issues to anyone not of her own creed, but allows 6-10 of her fellow countrymen to live in a 1 bedroom apartment, when that apartment is legal for only 2 adults and 1 child. 3 cars have been vandalised/burlarised while sitting in the parkinglot at night over the last 2 months. Mail has been stolen out of mine and other tenants mail boxes on several occasions. I've informed management, security patrol, and the sheriff, about the drug dealing and prostitution that goes on in the complex, but nothing gets done about it. At the, the office manager just says "We'll look into it." There are nosy neighbors that just sit outside smoking cigarettes and looking for something to get involved in, who have no problem butting into your personal business. They don't know what "mind your own business" means, and neither does the office, as they all float in the same circles. There are some nice neighbors, but most have gotten tired of how this place is run, and have moved out. Spare your car, your health, and your sanity, and whatever you do DO NOT MOVE TO TAMARON RANCH! more
