I would like to start off by saying, don't to be alarmed by the exterior appearance. Mark my words you'll be impressed as soon as you walk through the door. Several of our friends rave and are always talking about El Tamarindo. So my family and I decided to eat there last Saturday night. The establishment was packed however lucky for us we didn't have a long wait. While we were waiting for our table the staff served us glasses of water accompanied by a cup of soup. Where do you get that type of service for just waiting for a table. NOWHERE!!!! Shortly after, we were welcomed by a man called Michael. He guided us to a table in the back dinning room. The dining room is elegant and such a vibrate atmosphere. As we sat down a lady took our cloth napkins and placed it on our laps. Highly impressive for a small establishment. Very detail oriented so far. While looking over the menu we noticed the menu being DIVERSE. Wow what a menu. They have Mexican, Italian, and Salvadorean cuisines. Anything from Steaks Burrito, Palomilla Parmigiana, Eggplant & Chicken Parm and one of their house specials Churasco Barolo which was supberb. The service was extremely pleasant. I felt like I was at home having dinner with my family. Our waiter's name was Michael, the same man that gave us a warm welcome and guided us to the table. I was impressed by his insightful knowledge regarding the different type of sauces they offer. My wife and I, have traveled around the world and dined in five star restaurants and let me tell you We've NEVER FELT like a waiter cared about us like we experienced Saturday Night with Michael. We know nothing is perfect in this world we live in, however, in my wife's words "EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AT EL TAMARINDO COAL FIRED PIZZA". In essence, we're going to become REGULARS at El Tamarindo. I highly recommend this place to any one that wants to have a pleasant night out with the family.
