Poor After the Sales Service 3/12/2013

I purchased a sofa and recliner set a year ago from Talsma. The price was a little higher than other similar furniture retailers but I was assured the quality was much better. I was then talked into a fabric purchasing plan due to the fact that I have two Golden Retrievers. We were told all stains and rips would be covered (even by the dogs). Well 14 months later when I did have a rip (not caused by the dogs) I called the protection company and they denied my claim. I then called Talsma which claims they never told me anything about rips (not true). I will never buy again from Talsma, honesty and integrity is important to me. They do not stand behind their products. more

If your in the market for new furniture to fill the house possibly when moving into the area a store to check out would be Talsma Furniture. Not only do they have a wide variety of selection (as many as 12 different cribs at any one time in store) they have amazing sales as well which can be as high as 60% off any retail price, which will save you a considerable amount of money. Shipping works well to, they are very flexible as to when they can deliver your merchandise and every purchase we have made has given us no problems with damage. more
