SCAM!!! Beware!!! 8/3/2011

Beware: Scam and Overpriced!!! Five times as expensive as what it took to fix by another guy. Tacoma garage doors technician came over and quoted me ~$550 to fix my garage door, which worked but was noisy. I ended up paying $45 for the service call, but refused to pay ~550 for repair. I called another guy and he fixed the door for $110. So ~$110 v. ~$550? Can there be any other questions about this disgusting rip off service? Pissed for paying $45 to this scammer for just coming out. By the way, other companies come over to give free estimates. more

I use these guys every time I have a problem. They are really good at being their on time and doing whatever the job is in less than an hour. I will definitely be using them as my main technician, they are amazing! more

Takoma park Garage Door 5/26/2011

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Your company come out to fix our garage door on Sunday. The technician was very friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable.
