This place has a good indian grocery collection. But beaware of the staff on cash counter. I checked our item list the lady added extra items. I think that how they make money. I won't recommend this store to anyone. more

Taj Mahal Imports is the premier South Asian supermarket in the DFW area. Basically whatever your needs are, they can meet them. Besides the typical grocery store selection of fresh produce, breads, spices, instant meals, etc, they also sell items for pooja, jewellery (glass bangles and the like), magazines (India Today, Filmfare, etc), henna paste, home decorations, and more. In the back is their Chat Corner which is fairly well known around here; the chaat's quite good, and they also have pani puri as well as full meals with roti etc., and also kulfi and a variety of cold drinks. There's satellite TV for you to watch while you eat. The selection is the best thing about this place; do check your labels though before you buy anything, some of the expired stuff is not moved out of the store for months afterward! The store draws quite a crowd around 7 or so. There is no minimum required for credit card purchases. more

I have been to a number of Ethnic and Indian Grocery Stores through out the US. This place is absolute bad in terms of food. Most of the time the food they sell is expired. Especially look out for the Rotis. The yogurt they sell does not even carry a sell by date on it. They have substandard quality of flours that they carry. The vegetables are rarely fresh. I think by doing to many things at once they have lost track of what is most important. more

Taj Mahal Imports is one of the earliest Indian grocery stores in Dallas Metroplex area, meeting the growing demand for authentic Indian goods. It has had to expand three times due to booming business, including adding a Chat and Juice corner. The Chat corner lets you grab a quick bite to eat while you are shopping and the juice corner does the same with juices. Prices are a little higher but it is made up in the number of choices. more

This is the ultimate of Indian grocery stores in the Dallas area. They have all the foods and specialty items that you could only find in India. So many different kinds of imported materials so you can make whatever you need. The also have plenty of produce that you will not find at a normal grocery store. They also have places to grab a snack inside. The prices for the items are fair prices for the most part. They do have sales from time to time, and many times they have great specials on rice. Also, their mangos are very very good during the summer months. A great Indian store for all your Indian grocery needs. more
