Taino Incentives & Premiums

After a little research I found the number for Sundance Vacations in brookfield, WI that is where we originally went to recieve our trip. I spoke with Sandy Shannon, she was very helpful and my trip is now taken care of!! Apparently the guy they were working with (Taino) up and left without sundances knowledge they do not have a list of people that were going through Taino so unless these people call sundance they unfortunately do not know who is not recieving their trips. Never again!!! WE have paid at least $100.00 for a trip that does not exist. It has been over 5 months and no one has contacted us!!!! I would never do this again. Cons: cheaters!! more

Poor customer service. Phone calls are not being returned (8x). Dan (the guy in charge) is a VERY sarcastic when you DO get him on the phone. All I want is my money back. Forget the trip. more

My family of 5 and I were to get a free 3 day/2night stay free at a hotel in WI Dells through Taino, Florida. I spoke to Dan who is in charge. I explained with a family of 3 little boys we could not sit and listen to yet another speech for an hour or more as we already listened to a speech to GET THIS free deal. Dan said if we stayed during the week we could skip the speech. Our confirmation date comes in the mail and he has it set up to listen to a speech. I called back to cancel. No one ever calls you back here. Of the at least 20 x's I tried to get ahold of Dan and left him messages, only once did he leave me a voice mail telling me he'd call me back. Did NOT happen. I tried to reschedule a trip and then Dan told me since I had a family of 5, not 4, we could not skip the speech. He told me it would be best if I just cancelled and he would send me my $15 check back within 8 weeks.($15 to send in so you write a review on your trip...which we NEVER got!!!!) I have been waiting for over 3 months for that $15 and have called numerous times with NO RETURN call AGAIN. I told him on his answering machine if I didn't get my check soon I would be filing a report with the appropriate company because I don't want others to go through such a HUGE hassle for nothing!! It is best to stay away from this company & save yourself from a headache, I'm sorry to say. Cons: Never return your phone calls, do not follow through with service at all more
