Terrible service. Refund was refused after waiting 2months and no product sent. My emails were ignored and I am being forced to get the package. She stated I can resend the products back and then she will refund. I don't believe that to be true. It's the 9 week mark and I still don't have my child's outfit more

We don't live close to Tailored Tots, but love the selection so much we don't mind making the drive over. They have a nice selection and the prices are manageable. If you are looking for a children's boutique in the area, I recommend stopping in here for the quality merchandisce. They have lots of gift items and a great layette collection too. The staff is friendly and there is a play area for the children. more
