Not only would I recommend this place to all my friends but I would tell them to make sure they go on Thursday, Friday and Sundays days, the hottest bartender works then. I think its funny that a guy that she dumped is writing bad reviews about the place she works just because she didnt want to be with him, Wow, Grow up Mr Green. I was there yesterday and I will be going back tomorrow just for her. more

Not only is the food and drinks at this place great but there is a BEAUTIFUL blond bartender that works there on Thursdays and Friday days that makes you feel like you dont ever want to leave. She always has a smile and the service is faster then I have ever seen in any bar. I would and have recommended this place to all my friends. Go see for yourself! more

It's funny how people who cannot control themselves after a few beers, and get thrown out of a bar because they have no class or are just ignorant, write bad reviews about that bar. The funnier thing is that we are still the busiest small, local bar in Santa Clarita so I guess all of our patrons who we love so much are still having a good time. Karma is a funny thing. Watch yours? Drinks are always strong, customers taken care of, and the reason we have an "A" on the door is due to our cleanliness. Local radio station commented on the air that they stopped to use restroom and thought The Tailgate was the cleanest local bar they ever went to, and coolest sports bar. Your right, "pops" doesn't put up with BS, that's also why are bar stays out of trouble. The funny thing is the person who wrote this must have been thrown out, but still thinking of our bar. Tail Gate - Saugus/ CA\r \r Ever see the Star Wars Bar? \r \r I couldn't agree more with svantico, "It might be funny if it weren't so pathetic". It was actually a decent place before the change of ownership in 2005. The Tail Gate is dirty, dilapidated and crawling with bar flies akin to Archie Bunker. It's poorly manged and the Grumpy owner well known for 86ing good customers because he is in a bad mood, on a rampage, or flexing his power trip. The parking is horrific, (door dings are unavoidable for those with nice cars), the average-at-best food and drinks are WAY overpriced, and cops hang there regularly at night because so many leaving the Tail Gate are wasted, and taking to the SC streets. \r Other than all that, the Tail Gate is a great place, (lol). In short, there are too many decent, responsible, local, lower-priced establishments where good customers are valued to lower oneself. I went there a few times whilst I was working in the area, I didn't stay too long but I will say the staff are friendly and the beer is cold, what more could you want. The only real con is the parking, the parking lot is very small and not many spaces, it can be almost impossible to get out if a large vehicle such as a pick up truck is parked opposite you. more

Used to go all the time when it was Dasha's, we have been a few time since it was renamed. Not the place to go to for a quiet evening of drinks. More for girls night out with your friends. All in all a fun place to hang out. more

Since the new owner bought out Dasha's, this place has become a bit more upscale than the previous spot. But all in all, it is still the same place to go have a beer and play darts or pool with buddies.The owner is part Irish, so if you are looking for a local place to spend St Patrick's, then this is the place. His dad even makes Corned Beef and Cabbage for the occasion.The only downside is the parking. It is a bit scrunched. more

Another place in the SCV serving up cold ones. You can't go wrong with an ice cold beer. Pretty mellow crowd. Conveniently located in the shopping center at Bouquet and Seco so plenty of parking available. more

If you are looking for alot of action then this is not the spot. If you want to have a few in a relaxed bar and watch the game this is a good place. The bartenders are also attractive but maybe a little older. Pros: decent spot to have a few Cons: parking more

For some reason, this place is popular with guys. Funny thing is, there aren't a lot of women in here. There's a DJ but nobody dancing. Hmmm...something isn't quite right. So why is it that I was in here? My husband's softball team has come to this place a couple of times after games. Maybe the single girls flock to this place after midnight and it's lively then, but other than that it looks like a bunch of hard-up guys sit around hoping to get lucky. It might be funny if it weren't so pathetic. more
