My family and I have been drinking Tahoe Springs water since 2000. I did a check on tghe purity. I came out with a higher purity rating than Sparkletts, Arrowhead and many others. We absolutely refuse to do anything but use tap water for anything other than washing the floor and showering (with two whole house filters.Tahoe Springs has the best tste and purity. I have recommended it to many others. The people are friendly and helpful. Whomever wrote the bad review and had to call the police.............I serioulsy doubt the validity of their report. Solution.........Pay the bill on time. where else can you get the product before you pay without a contract? Tahoe Springs water is the best you can get for your health. No toxins eg. Flouride, Perchlorates or Chlorine as in your tap water. Even purified tap water is toilet to tap and hemically treated. Not Tahoe Springs. It is the purest water anywhere, especially in Las Vegas. I really have been happy with all the delivery reps, but in all the years we have been subscribing to your service, Austin is head and shoulders above the rest. I've been a customer of Tahoe Springs Water Co for over ten years now. I have loved their spring water ever since the company left a free case on our doorstep ""once upon a time."" From the very first sip I was sold! And I have promoted their wonderful water to all my friends and acquaintances because I believe it's the very best water available. We even paid to have our ""reverse osmosis"" water filter removed once we discovered Tahoe Springs! Whenever we get an ""unpleasant"" bottle of water, I contact the office and Neena always takes very good care of us. I have absolutely no problem. My delivery person is Paul. And I feel compelled to take a few minutes out of my life in order to let others know the quality of this young man. Besides Paul being extremely pleasant and genuinely kind, he goes above and beyond the call of great customer service. He is such a hard worker but always takes the time to be personable and accommodating. When I recently realized that we were pending almost $100 a month on water due to a new cappuccino machine, I inquired of Paul as to whether it might be more feasible for us to start getting the 5 gallon bottles rather than the case of 1/2 gall., he clearly went over everything that Tahoe Springs has to offer it's customers; he wrote it all out and even offered us 3 extra bottles if we decided to make the transition! He just never ceases to amaze us and be a blessing to us. It seems like Paul doesn't just do a really good job, it's more like he does everything he can possibly do for the customers. And that, with an outstanding attitude. My husband and I frequently remark to each other of Paul's shining efforts and personality. It is hard to overstate how very impressed we are and continue to be. Thank you for Tahoe Springs superb judge of character in their front-line employees; from Danielle, who answers the phone; to Neena, who we can always count on; to our ""knight in shining armor,"" Paul. Tahoe Springs Water Co stands apart from all the rest and sets the standard so high that they pale in comparison. more

People are not ""trying"" to put them out of business, they are doing it themselves. After being a loyal, and on time paying customer for over two years they tried to get me to pay an $1800 bill. I kid you not, they tried to charge me $1500 for the rented crock which you can buy online for $60 and $250 per bottle of water not returned. They also threatened to turn me in to Clark County Police for stolen property (which doesn't make sense since I was paying a ""rental fee"" for their equipment yearly, so it wasn't stolen) ~ due to the fact I had fraud on my bank account and had to rearrange my payments to them and had sent them a check in the mail instead of paying through auto online. Instead of dealing with me as a loyal customer they treated me as if I were some criminal stealing from their company. Be warned; those of you who are ""loyaly"" using them, they will try to screw you in the end. I will NOT use them in the future and I urge you not to as well!! NOT a way to run a company EVER!! more

I would describe my experance as worry free. I am a person how life go 90 MPH and do not time to worry about water. If i forget to put my empties my delivery guy will leave me, my usaul order and call me the next time to remind me to put them out. with Tahoe, the water is one less thing i have to worry about. more

Wow you guys are really trying to get a company out of buisness, go back to work and have a life. I signed up with Tahoe Springs Water and I love it! The man is so nice and are very helpful with details. I've slipped up a few times with the payment but who hasn't? Best water in town and for a good price. Tahoe Springs has the worst service in Las Vegas. Their equipment and water are mediocre at best. When you decide to cancel their service, for more than one location, they take FOREVER to pick up their OWN equipment.
