Tagaris is a beautiful winery in Richland. I have been there a few times, and tried many of the dishes. Everything is very fresh, and flavorful, and presented very well. The chefs use fresh ingredients gathered from local farmers, and the dishes are mostly organic. You can dine inside in the restaurant, on the chef's line, or in the outside grotto. The wines are great, and can be served by the bottle, glass, or at the tasting bar. Some things to try: the Mouvedre and Petit Verdot. For food, try the cheesecake, steak, lamb, and the flatbreads. Yum!
Pros: Located next to two other wineries that are easy to walk to, private dining available.
Cons: Not living close enough :)
