I had to deal with the Pig of the owner which is Dave Deshon. I was e-mailing him through E-Bay but his replies were not making any sense. Therefore I asked to deal with someone that was not on drugs, after that it went down. Instead of laughing it off or reading over his senseless e-mails and apologizing, he became a defensive animal. Before I went to pick up my items I had no clue that I was dealing with the owner. Not that it would have made any difference. I drove 250 miles to get there. It was on a heavy rainy day and there was 2 accidents on the freeway on my way over. I arrived exactly at 2:57 P.M. The guy at the front desk said, ""It's late but I'll get your items pulled."" He took a copy of my drivers license and gave me a schedule on how to schedule online for any future purchases. Himself and another guy rushed back to pull my orders. 2 minutes later the defensive owner comes out and said, You cannot have your stuff, it's late and I don't have any men to pull my order."" 23 cars were parked in the employee parking lot. I asked him about the two men that went to pull my items and he mumbled nothing clear. I explained to him that I just drove 250 miles and the city that I drove from. With his heartless sociopath poker face he stated, ""I know exactly where that is."" and nothing more. I was in disbelief and asked him ""Are you serious?"" and again the sociopath said ""Yes"" I had to call the Police all I wanted was my items and leave. The officer talked to him. Beside the owner was another male staff member not including the two men that went back to pull my order. The Officer came back and said ""He will not do it, It is a civil matter and I can't force him to give you your stuff."" Even the officer was nodding his head in disbelief and apologized for him. It wasn't a fight, we weren't screaming at each other, for it to have gotten to that point. So I had to drive 250 miles back with nothing. Please please don't deal with this pig and if you have any bad experiences, document and report it to BBB, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Osha because he is selling recalled items as well, Federal Trade Commission and the CPSC. He deserves no peace to consider what he is doing to other people. I'm female and I was alone. I know for a fact if I had a man with me it would not have turned out that way. more

They are big time crooks!!! The part was listed as a 4"" exhaust system for a 7.3 Ford Powerstroke and when the Box Arrived its for a GMC 6.6 Duramax! It even says so right on the friggin box! These idiots can't even read a label on a box! And now I'm supposed to pay for the shipping back! DON'T BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! They don't even pick up the phone during business hours more

I purchased an item that was advertised as 100% functional, but it didn't work. They ignored 3 emails, but when I submitted negative feedback, they promised a refund. It was never sent. I was trying to decide if these people were crooks or just incompetent, but now it is obvious they are crooks. more

tadd wholesale sales on ebay with misleading ads before you buy from them i would advise that you read every word because once you place your bid it is over. customer service is non existent.... u buy it you own it.. who would ever guess that they would sell a 4 channel DVR kit with no DVR in it? go figure My advise is STAY AWAY FROM TADD WHOLESALE more

They will require you to pay for return shipping.
