Driving back from Seattle to the Portland area, we stopped in Centralia to grab a quick lunch. The first Mexican restaurant we stopped at did not make the kind of burritos we like; I wanted an inexpensive ""hole-in-the-wall"" taqueria that served huge burritos Mexican style - that you eat with your hands. They said, ""For the best Mexican around, go to Taco's El Rey!"". The Carne Asada and the Adobada (sauteed pork) burritos were the best!!! Lots of meat, rice, cilantro, salsa, and beans all inside a tightly rolled tortilla. I asked for whole beans (instead of refried beans) and extra salsa inside. That's the way I like 'em. Very kind people willing to do it just as you like it. It was a little hard to find, but I will gladly stop here anytime I am headed to Seattle or back! Truly authentic and very delicious!
Pros: authentic food, inexpensive, made any way you like it
Cons: hard to find, outside eating area was run down
