Taco Time

Typically have recieved great customer service from Taco Time. This was my first stop by this location. When ordering at the drive thru the worker did not ask me my prefrence on meat, rushed me through the order and gave me my total before I was even finished ordering! The resturant was empty as was the drive thru. When I was waiting for my order (what little I was able to get!) I asked for a customer complaint/suggestion form. The same worker was totally baffled by this request, and stated that they 'dont have those' but informed me I could speak to a manager. The manager, fake smile and all, did not really address my complaint, just took it. The young man who was the original worker did not even complete my order, he stood back while a young lady filled it. When my husband ulimately recieved his food a whole ten min. later he said the burrito was cold, as if it had been put in the fridge over night, even the meat and cheese. This was the worst service I have ever recieved from a fast food joint and the crappiest ten bucks ever spent. Will never go back to this location. (Rating doesnt even deserve one star!) more

I still love those crispy bean burritos that I used to eat as a kid and Taco Time still serves them. My kids love them too although they are a bit more expensive than they used to be! ;) We also enjoy their cherry empanada that are covered in cinamon and sugar! That's as close to comfort food as you can get from a fast food restaurant. You do have to wait a bit for your food because they don't cook it until you order it but at least it's fresh! more
