I went to Taco Loco tonight with my husband and my two kids. Our dinner and service was excellent as usual, the chips are the best and the salsa is to die for! And they have the best flan. But we have one complaint. There was a table next to us that had their order wrong. I guess the server brought the wrong plate to the table, which she took back and brought the right one back within no time. Several times the server checked on them, and they were asking for things for free because she brought the wrong food to the table. The next thing we hear is we need to talk to your manager. When the server went to get the manager, the were talking among themselves saying how they were going to get this and that. When the manager went to the table, they gave him some story let me tell you. The manager apologized and asked if he could buy them something I could not hear what, but they said no. Then he asked if he could do anything for them, they said no and that they were going to leave anyways. He apologized again and left the table. When the server brought them their bill, the put her in tears. They flagged down the manager again and asked him why didn't he take anything off their bill. He said that he thought that everything was taken care of when he left the table. They said he should of taken something off their bill and that the food was bad and the service was bad and they will never come back. Now mind you they were sitting in the middle of the restaurant and they were full at this time. These people were loud and getting louder. The manager asked them to pay their bill and please leave, which they did but not without a scene. They made sure the whom ever could hear them knew that they were unhappy. Now my problem is that I went there with my family, and my kids should not hear the things that they were saying. It is after all a family resturant. There were other families there with kids as well. I feel like the manager should of asked them to leave a lot sooner. Those people were acting like that over the wrong plate being served to them. We went there for dinner not a show. We all make mistakes, but we should not have to be subjected to that when we take our family out for a peaceful dinner. - Pam D.
