Due to the way we were treated by the night manager, we will never return here. It is my impression that she was just having a bad day but took it out on us with very poor customer service. The fact is, between myself and my boyfriend, we have over 15 years customer service and we have never been treated this way by a customer service rep before, let alone a manager. There was no apologies for any mistakes made in our order. Also there was a request for a simple fork that was handled by the manager in a very inappropriate manner. It is my opinion that the night manager needs to attend a very in-depth customer service training and demoted from her current position until she learns what real customer service is! Even in trying to resolve the issue, we were treated very rudely and very poorly! We will never return to this place again and will inform all other potential patrons by internet and word of mouth the poor service and customer service we received FROM THE MANAGER herself, Sam! In an attempt to get information on her higher up, she was unwilling to provide any additional information and got even ruder in her mannerism towards us. We ended up returning our food and receiving our money in return.
