I miss Taco Casa! 4/1/2006

Taco Casa is, hands down, probably the best place for Mexican food in T-town. It is a million times better than Taco Bell, and priced just as inexpensively. The 15th street location is also my favorite. They make your food fresh to order, and it is all delicious! I never tried a menu item I didn't like. Plus, for those that remember the "Bell Burger", they have a similar menu item. I'm not old enough to remember it, but apparently my mom is, as she really liked it. Definitely check Taco Casa out the next time you're hungry for Mexican food in T-town. It's also always clean and very family friendly. I really wish they'd start a franchise in Huntsville! more

Taco Casa 3/30/2006

For the best fast food Mexican cuisine, try Taco Casa. There are three locations, with this one being my favorite one. Although that is probably because I have been going there for about 20 years, and only rarely to the other locations. The reason is because it's closer to me than the others. I love the taste of the food here. They have more item variety than Taco Bell and taste much, much better than Taco Bell. This place is getting a five! It's a most excellent restaurant! more

Tasty South-Mex in T-Town 8/12/2005

Taco Casa is one of those places that everyone in Tuscaloosa knows about and probably eats there at least once a week. The food is good for what it is, a southern variety of Mexican cuisine. Prices are reasonable and the stores are usually kept pretty clean although there is some difference in that between locations. I usually go to the ones on 15th and Skyland, those seem to be the best. Remember its under the biggest cactus in town! more
