I walked in to this Taco Bell. There was only one person in line ahead of me, and the drive-thru was empty. It took 5 minutes for them to take my order. I paid for my order, and waited another 25 minutes. Still, no food. I asked for my money back at that point, and the ""manager"" refused to give me my money back, and said that I should call the customer support line to complain. I called, they took my information, apologized, and said the ""manager"" would call me back. I told them that I spoke with the manager, and they told me it was the manager's responsibility to refund my money, not theirs. I never received a phone call. I haven't been to a Taco Bell since, and this happened six months ago.
