Honest and Best Laundry in Boulder 2/17/2012

I'm writing this review to apologize to the employee. I lost my wallet and I accused him of stealing it. I caused a scene and some customers left the store. I also said some other things that I should not have. I should not have said that to you. Even after I yelled at him. He calmly told me that he has cameras all over the store and that he would get to the bottom of this. And, It turns out that I accidentally threw my wallet in with my clothes..in the washer.. I was so embarrassed.. I thank you for quietly informing me and for not embarrassing me in front of the other customers. I'm very sorry for causing some customers to leave your store and for losing business. I hope they read this and know that it was my fault. more

Top Laundromat in my book 12/13/2011

Been looking for a new laundromat ever since my old regular place got shut down. It was a complete drag since it was closer to where I lived. Found this laundry and it is by far the cleanest laundromat I have been to. Clean, Good machines, THEY HAVE HDTV!! not to mention free wifi and a place to hook up and study. I finally found my regular spot. more

Clean facility and nice harding working folks 7/18/2011

This is not a self promoting review. My name is Tim S, I have brown hair and skinny. The people who know me at the laundromat know me and verify this. I have been washing my comforters and taking my dry cleaning to this place for many many years now with no problems and with satisfactory results. I'm writing this because the owners of the laundromat and drycleaners are hard working immigrants. They are very kind hearted people. They speak and understand very little english. Only their workers speak english. I asked the workers what happened with the guys who posted before me and they stated that they did not burn the guys' jacket and in their history they have never burned anyone else clothing And the burn marks looked like a cigarette burn. They also pointed out that the guy wanted $500.00 dollars for an already damaged jacket. ""i laughed"" And that got me thinking. These guys never burned my clothes. There were time when they couldn't get a stain out but they redid it to my satisfaction. After hearing both side. I have to say that this guy is a little brat that didn't get his way, cried about it and bent the truth. In all, I've had nothing but good things to say about this place and they people who run it. It would have been very ignorant of me to not get both sides of the story. Tim S. more

Do not use their dry cleaning service! 1/10/2010

After experiencing all of the below, I'd highly recommend to anybody needing any clothes dry-cleaned take their business elsewhere …. My girlfriend and I brought in four articles of clothing to be dry-cleaned, including my only suit I own. We were attracted to the surprisingly low prices and assumed any place would do an adequate job. We had some learning to do … After a couple of days, my girlfriend picked up the clothes. When she got home, we checked their work. The sweater still had this food stain that looked real easy to get out. The suit pants still had simple sweat marks. And the jeans still appeared to have residue from some spilled food. In addition, none of these items looked like they were ironed at all. It then suddenly occurred to us that they likely didn’t clean the articles of clothing at all! So we went all the way back, and they said they would redo the cleaning. A few days later my girlfriend picked up the clothes again. This time she inspected the clothes carefully. Everything this time was obviously cleaned, helping us to realize that for sure they never cleaned anything the previous time. However, there was a problem. The suit jacket now had two small burn marks, and were both located by the man’s chest. My girlfriend immediately pointed this out, and was put on the phone with the owner. My girlfriend said she at least wanted the money back for the suit jacket cleaning (only $5! – really “too cheap” to clean a suit jacket – we should have known better.) The owner said, “no money back!” So she left with the jacket as is. When getting home, her and some roommates started laughing because the burn marks very noticeable when wearing the jacket. I later took the suit jacket to a more reputable dry-cleaner and the owner said that likely the temperature setting on the iron was probably too high for the material. He also said that if I were his customer and he burned the jacket, he would reimburse me for the cost of it. I returned to “Table Mesa Home Style Laundry” and all they would do is to “do it again” for the third time. And I was promised a phone call by the owner within a few days time to discuss the burn marks. I never received any phone call, and upon returning a couple of weeks later, I was rudely treated. The man there said, there is absolutely no way I would ever be reimbursed, and he spent most of the conversation trying to accuse me of lying about all the details described above. I also think it’s odd that on their “receipts” there is no name of their business, phone number, or any contact information. I asked for a receipt that I was picking up my suit jacket, and I was refused. Instead, all the clerk would do is to write on an empty piece of paper that I picked up the jacket (with his signature.) In all honesty, if you take your clothes to this establishment you might encounter no problems. However, I really think you are taking your chances. The adage, “you get what you pay for”, sure applied here. My only suit jacket is not wearable anymore. Had we taken my clothes to another place, we would have saved tons of valuable time, and I wouldn’t have a ruined suit jacket. I would urge anybody who reads this to get your clothes dry-cleaned SOMEWHERE ELSE. more

I'm not sure if they changed owners but I dig the new renovation to the laundromat. The employees are very helpful and nice. I especially like the clean environment and also its cheaper to wash and dry here. more
