It happened to me and it can happen to you. Find it somewhere else and save your time, money, and energy. I've honestly made a great living by giving good customer service and I was just shocked at how they handled my situation. I purchased an ipod from them in August that never worked. I tried for 2 months to get help from Tabba Globals and after I finally got a hold of someone who could make a decision, they said it was now my problem and that I could pay them to fix the broken ipod that they sent me. I'm sure they have had happy customers, and I can look away from a defective ipod, but I can't look away and not tell anyone after 2 months of horrible customer service. Bottom line is that they sent me a defective piece of equipment that never worked and they walk away from their customer because they probably will never see me and they ultimately DO NOT CARE.
