Amazing Service-Fast & Friendly 12/26/2011

Twas the night before Christmas and our TV stopped working--and we had all kinds of family coming in Christmas day. Seems our TV needed a lamp replacement and it would have to be ordered, according to Best Buy. I found TVS Brothers online and they not only HAD the lamp in stock (answering my email within moments, even though they were officially closed for the holiday) but they came out and INSTALLED IT within the hour! A Christmas miracle indeed. Fabulous service. more

Reliable and honest TV Repair Company 8/3/2011

I had picture problems on my 6yr old Pioneer 64"" Projection TV. The convergence chips were bad. I shoped around and they were $150.00 lower on their quote than the closest quote I got. Made the appointment, they came in and fixed the problem whithout increasing the price. They also helped me organize the cable mess I had with my Digital Reciever, BluRay player, etc at no extra charge. I would recommend them to my friends and family. more

VERY PROFESSIONAL & ON TIME 9/27/2010

I have a 10 year old 60"" TV that started having horizontal lines flickering through it. I called TV Brothers and set up an appointment to come and take a look at it. They showed up on time and gave me an honest repair quote. I was told that I should invest any repair money into a NEW TV! Alex told me that to repair my old one would be way too time comsuming and costly to repair it and he recommended I just go buy a new one. NOW that is honesty to the MAX. TV Brothers proved to me that they are honest and not out to do as the other guy who doesn't know how to spell (TACTICS) says. I will be recommending TV Brothers to anyone who is in need of TV repair service. more

THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF. 9/24/2008

TVS BROTHERS uses BAIT and SWITCH tacktics. They quoted a price based for specific work to be done on my TV over the phone however when the technician showed up the price was $50 more. They did not perform the work agreed to in fact the technician charged $125 and NEVER TURNED THE TV ON. These people are unethical and should be put out of business. AVOID TVS BROTHERS! Cons: Bait and Switch more
