I paid $75 for a service call but opted not to get the tv repaired right then because it was a $350 repair. So I asked them to include the part number that I'd need replaced when they mailed me an invoice. They said they would. They never did. Six months later, I called to have them out to perform the repair (they're the only TV repair shop in Cedar Park as far as I can tell) and I made an appointment for them to come out. I called on a Thursday and the appointment was for Monday between 12-2pm. They never called. They never showed. At 4pm I called another company from Austin who is coming to repair my tv in two days for less money. I wish I would have called them first. They seem like really nice folks over there, but the follow-thru was non-existent.
Pros: Very friendly, family staff
Cons: No call/no show to my second service call
