Best Pizza in Seattle 3/16/2005

I consider myself a connoisseur of pizza. And in my humble opinion there is no better pizzeria in Seattle than Tutta Bella in Columbia City. One of roughly 100 certified "Neapolitan" Pizzerias in the world, Tutta Bella does not disappoint. They have a wide variety of individual sized pizzas that they cooked in the exposed wood burning oven. My favorite is the signature "Tutta Bella". The salads also are outstanding. Tutta Bella is very family friendly. We take our 8-month old son and he fits right in with the crowd. They have lots of high chairs. more

A great place for an uncommon pizza! The varieties are sophisticated - try the Pizza Bianca (white pizza) - includes goat cheese, carmelized onions and garlic. We brought our kids (6 & 11) who weren't wild about the "burn marks" on the crust, but they definitely enjoyed the gelato. Service was very good, we were there on a busy Friday evening and the staff was attentive and prompt. more

Neapolitan Pizza has come to Seattle! 9/17/2004

These thin crust wood oven fired pizzas are delish. The basic Regina Margherita is simple and light- tomatoes and basil. There are more complex pizza with pancetta- the Pancetta e Pomodoro with pancetta and marinated mushrooms, and a yellow tomato sauce that is yum. The salads are large and fresh and the dressings are home made and yummy too. Don't forget gelato at the end. Wander down to Columbia City for this italian treat! more

Great thin crust pizza! 7/16/2004

I think this is the best pizza place in Seattle. You get the real European style thin crust. Lines can be very long during weekends. more
