Trustworthy 3/4/2012

I was a little leery about turning over my properties to someone else as I had always handled them myself but I'd taken on more properties than I wanted to deal with. I looked around for a long time and finally landed on T-Square Properties after doing a ton of homework. After a couple of years under my belt, I'm very happy with the results. Statements and Money show up on time in my account, Tenants issues are handled in a professionally, and most importantly my properties are almost always occuppied. I like the team and reccommend them to others. more

So Far So Good 2/1/2012

We hired TSquare Properties over two years ago after our then property ""management"" company fell flat on their face when it mattered most in managing my Redmond home. So far I would give Tsquare 5 stars. I've seen responsiveness, timliness, general caring about doing what is right and with a very high level of professionalism. Of course I will reserve any final judgement or ranking until our relationship is terminated which I really hope isn't for a long time. So far, its been a great upgrade for us. more

Stay away! 11/12/2011

We were clients of T-Square and we were treated poorly all along the way. They have trouble responding to client needs and when they do, they do it with attitude. Their bookkeeping was a mess. Countless bookkeeping errors always in their favor. Look elsewhere and save yourself the grief. more
