It's been outstanding on both accounts. I really like Tom and the work done on the car has been just wonderful. They never recommend more work to be done than is necessary and do it at a very fair price. more

TOS has excellent customer service. I never have a problem getting my car in asap. I feel they are honest and dependable. I trust them with my car. They even shuttle me back and pick me up if needed. there wonderful. more

Have had no negative issues - maintenance/repairs are tracked via PC records - recommendations are noted - explanation are provided - WiFi, coffee & Tom... Wish service was open for Saturday and maybe Sunday. more
