I think that TOS is very knowledgeable about the brands they service and seem to always know what the problem is. When I talk to Tom he categorizes things according to what should be done now, what can wait until later or may not ever need to be done, and also potential repairs that are safety issues. Then I have enough knowledge to decide what I want done right away and what can wait. I don't want to spend a lot of money on my very old Camry and it is nice to have options explained to me. I never feel like this place is trying to do more maintenance and or repair than my car needs, just to make a buck. more

TOS is as good as any dealer shop and I think a little faster on job completion. Price wise, I would say they are about the same. more

No other shop works on my vehicles 12/1/2010

TOS is really the only place to go for service on Toyota and Honda vehicles in the area that provide excellent quality maintenance and repair service in the greater Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln area. With the exception to a dealer recall, no other shop works on my vehicles. more

Excellent service, Tom is great about explaining what is needed and why, with no pressure to pursue recommended repairs, he leaves the decision up to the customer but always informs of any consequences. more

I would refer my friends to TOS. Our experience has been good with TOS. I think of them first when my car is in need of repair or maintenance. I've found them to be up front and honest. That is a quality that is most important, and frankly difficult to find. more

I would tell them that the advisers at the desk/phone don't try to sell customers things that their vehicles don't need, but will alert owners of upcoming maintenance needs, and potential problems. Great service. more
