TNT Chem-Dry

One of my bedrooms still has the original carpet (12 yo) and had a huge stain that I thought was permanent. Chem-Dry made that carpet look almost new. I still can't believe it. more

My carpet was stained with pet urine and had an odor. While all of the stain was not completely removed, it looks much better and there is no odor. more

I've been using the same well known carpet steam cleaning company for 30+ years. I clean my carpets every 3-6 months so I've had a lot of experience with them. Over the last 2 years, the service and results have been getting worse until the last time when my carpets looked worse AFTER they were cleaned and they had a lingering odor that wasn't there before. I finally called TNT after reading some great reviews. What a GREAT experience! I will not use anyone else from here on out! The serviceman was prompt, professional and best of all, my carpets have not looked this clean in years! No exaggeration and the price was affordable and comparable to the other company. Friendly guy, quick worker, got the stains out. No chemical smells. FYI, it was rainy weather and the carpets took about 24 hours to completely dry. Not that I necessarily fault Chem-dry for that. Thanks! We'll call again. more

As I am interested in only doing business with companies that are doing right by the environment and humanity, I was DELIGHTED when I discovered the carpet cleaning company I've been using is Green Certified and transparent with what they are using. It's in the CHEMISTRY not the CHEMICAL's that this company is making a hugh mark in our company really getting out of our carpets those unwanted smells and stains - and it truly does. I have pets and carpet on my stairs-- The stairs get so much traffic and they look new and well, the pets accidents- vanished in all ways. When I called I received excellent help. They were here at the scheduled time and let us know when they were about to arrive. The job they did was great. We had the carpets cleaned and two upholstered chairs cleaned. Tim even suggested we move our van because the dogs were in it in their crates (to keep them out of the way). The work van was close to my van and he was worried that the generator exhaust and noise wouldn't be healthy for our dogs. I thought that was very thoughtful and really appreciated it. more
