After other bad experiences with drying time I was advised the carpets would be dry in 2-4 hours. Twelve hours later they were still damp . . . especially the stairs. Overnight I ran two powerful turbo fans and they were dry in the morning. All ceiling fans were left on and the back door left open for circulation when the job was completed.
RESPONSE FROM TNT Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning Nashville:
Jim,
Thank you for your input. I am not sure why your carpet took longer to dry. We always do our best to make sure the carpet we clean dries very fast. Keep in mind some carpet takes longer to dry such as wool, also if we had to apply a pre-spray for carpet that is very dirty can add to the dry time. Weather can also affect drying time with the dew point level or high humidity. We noticed you did like the overall service, next time we will pay close attention to drying your carpet. Thank you for your business!
