First of all the price was way out of line - I had to call the office to get them to tell the operator to lower the price. They told me that he was there "most honest" technician!...

Very friendly and curteous. The cleaning system is awesome. I three bedrooms with white burber carpeting. When they were done the looked like the day I had them installed. We also had an oriental in the living room which was heavily stained. The whole family was amazed watching the stains disappear as he worked. Drying time 4/5/2012

After other bad experiences with drying time I was advised the carpets would be dry in 2-4 hours. Twelve hours later they were still damp . . . especially the stairs. Overnight I ran two powerful turbo fans and they were dry in the morning. All ceiling fans were left on and the back door left open for circulation when the job was completed. We always do our best to make sure the carpet we clean dries very fast. Keep in mind some carpet takes longer to dry such as wool, also if we had to apply a pre-spray for carpet that is very dirty can add to the dry time. Weather can also affect drying time with the dew point level or high humidity. We noticed you did like the overall service, next time we will pay close attention to drying your carpet. Fantastic Service 3/28/2012

I cannot say enough great things about my experience last week! With 4 small dogs and 2 small boys I was sure my couch was doomed!!! Thomas was sooooo professional and early! Explained everything to me and made my furniture look brand new!! I will be using chem-dry all the time in the future!! This is the 2nd time i have used Chem Dry and I am completely satisfied. My carpets look great and they dry quickly. They even send you reminders every 6 months to keep your carpets looking great! more

I have used them twice. The guys that came to the house were friendly, they give you a quote on the spot and can get started right away with the cleaning. Did not do what he said he would do 3/12/2012

Even though my carpet looks fairly clean, it is very stiff and scratchy; it never was before. However, the main thing I am unhappy about is that after asking the technician to please move certain pieces of furniture in order to clean under them, none of them were moved. I know this because when he left my carpet was quite damp except for under the chairs; dry as a bone! He did not even move plants that were on rolling stands because the same leaves that were on the floor before he got there were still on the floor when he left. I would not recommend if you want your entire room cleaned! more
