Bought 5 pine trees. The arrived dead. Sent in pictures and asked them to replace trees. They said I would need to send them beak the dead trees first! I am not spending more money to ship DEAD trees.. A waste of 88.00. BEWARE more

Ordered (10) 4' crepe myrtles. Priced by size. 4' largest size. 1st problem ... only got 8 trees instead of 10 trees 2nd problem ... most of 8 trees barely 3' 3rd problem ... trees bent & smashed into box so tops were broken Customer service said: Wait 2-3 more weeks then do a scratch test & send back for STORE CREDIT??? I don't want a store credit ... I don't want anything else from these scammers. I'm out almost $70 on dead trees! For all those stating you got good products, that's great, but I did not nor could I afford to lose $70, either! This is the 1st online nursery I've ever bought from that sent me dead products. Never Again. BEWARE of this nursery! more

Horrible dead "sticks" for trees, crappy customer service. Seriously, order one time and you will never order again. more

My trees all arrived DOA. Even when they made me jump through all their hoops and take pictures and send them...they would not help. Don't waste your money. more

Ordered a thousand dollars worth of trees and plants. The shipment I received was less than half of what I ordered. They refuse to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM more

Placed 2 orders, 1 wholesale & 1 retail same day. Wholesale order arrived with 2 missing trees & other 8 broken due to being placed in too short a box. Customer service rep was rude. Said she'd get back to me on missing trees. I said I wanted them shipped out since I paid for them. I also said to cancel retail order since it was not yet shipped out. She got nasty & said she would not cancel it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get this resolved. I do not recommend buying from this company. more

I cannot recommend this company. On April 5, 2017, I purchased 225 bareroot plants, comprised of 100 ferns, 100 bleeding hearts and 25 blueberry plants. Their website has a page dedicated to photos and descriptions of how the items will be packaged for safe shipping and how they will look upon arrival. I felt confident that I would receive something that resembled their photos. On Apr 14, the bare root shrubs arrived unprotected and unbraced, in an oversized thin cardboard box. The blueberry twigs were bundled and the roots were wrapped with paper that sharp roots had poked holes in and the plant roots, such as they were, were virtually dry. Honestly, it looked like they had picked them and packaged them many weeks before they sent them to us. This was not as advertised. The so-called barefoot ferns and bleeding hearts were shipped loose and dry in gallon ziplock bags. Their website showed large, healthy bareroot plugs that were like 7” in length, but what we actually received was more like 1” and packed dry. Each package of 100 plants only filled half the one gallon ziplock bag. Since I had never ordered bare root plants before I didn’t know what they should look like so I went ahead and hoped for the best and planted them. Well, despite our best efforts, NOT A SINGLE PLANT SURVIVED. After I placed this order I went online and found dozens of terrible reviews for this company. They have clearly been getting away with this for years. They’re a scam. They ship dead plants then when customers complain and try to get their money back, they’re hostile and confrontational. I’d encourage folks to go check out the 102 complaints at the BBB site. Don’t order from this company. more

They send wrong product and when I said it is wrong, they refuse to admit it. I grew the lotus in water. It is a grass. I sent them picture prove and ask for resending the correct product. They do not reply to the request. This is very unprofessional. more

They sent the wrong plant , clearly mislabeled. It took 6 weeks, 6 phone calls and 20 emails to get this resolved. Way too much work for a $10 order! They were totally uncooperative and rude. I think they played dumb and gave me the runaround just so I'd give up and just take my losses. Will never use them again. Totally bad experience. more

I ordered a sassafras tree from these guys last fall. It arrived a month late and was dead this spring. There's no way to get a hold of the company. The message on the only listed phone number says it's for orders only and to contact customer service, but they don't give you a number for that. Chat does not work, no email is listed and the website has no other contact information. Stay away! more

I bought Moss, Ferns, Perennials, Flowering Trees and last but not least some live stakes to plant is the water's edge of our pond. All my plants are doing well. I am pleased and will be a repeat customer. more

Ordered sassafras trees last fall late. They arrived alive, but by no means could I tell in 90 days that they were still alive (winter), and I see no life in them this spring!! DON'T do business with them!! more

Do not do business with them. They sent the wrong items and it was packed in grocery bags. They will not refund money Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. more

BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY. Also, note that Tennessee Wholesale Nursery has an "F" rating with the Chattanooga, Tn Better Business Bureau, with 70 complaints listed. Ask yourself why a business operates under so many different names. more
