Excellent service people ! 7/30/2013

For the past two visits, we have been pleased with the excellent service people at Fairfax Hyundai. The waiting room is rather dark so I am happy to sit outside on a bench with my coffee. more

Worst dealership in America 7/25/2013

From purchase to now maintenance with a 4 month old car, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I used to sell cars and my uncle has been an owner & GM of dalerships, and i feel I understand the challenges all dealerships face. But without a doubt Fairfax Hyundai is the worst I have ever encountered. It is filthy and grungy, and from what I have experienced they have no care for the customer what so ever. more

Lack of communication 7/24/2013

Service department placed my call on hold and did not return. Second call went to voicemail, however no one returned call and message about service request was not heeded. Cashier indicated no knowledge about any repair work, and failed to take steps to find an answer. more

Great Dealership, both sales and service 7/24/2013

I've been with this dealership for over 5 years now and never once was I disappointed. The service/repair/parts sections are awesome too. more
