Conscientious sales people & quality product 3/13/2014

When visiting Hyundai of Meriden, ask for John Bogdan. He is very conscientious and his sales approach is soft. He let's the vehicle sell for him. We visited all dealerships and landed with John at Hyundai. We purchased the Sante Fe -- awesome features, spacious back seat(fits 3 comfortably), a great ride, and so happy with it during all of the snow this winter. The Service guys are great, quality waiting room, my wife loves going for the routine service. more

Everyone on the staff is very professional and extremely helpful, especially Kathy Cruz. This is my 3dr Hyundai that I purchased from Meriden Hyundai. I think Kathy has been there to help advise me on each of my service visits for all 3 cars. She is very knowledgeable and I find her help and advice to be quite valuable. more

Recent experience 3/7/2014

They know my car fully. I had a problem caused by a tire company that they fixed immediately at a low cost. The service manager talked my out of performing an alignment that the car did not need. It was just in need of proper balancing. more

They went above and beyond for me 3/6/2014

I had two blowouts on the highway after hitting a pothole. After I was towed they didn't have tires available in my size. I had a 6am flight the next day to catch. They let me use a loaner car and when my tires came in they brought my car to the airport and picked up thier loaner car. more
