Ever since I met my now-husband, I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer (nearly 5 years now). I have been to several T-Mobile locations in the Huntsville/Madison area, but this one treated me particularly well. It isn't a huge store, but the associates seem to be especially friendly and give great deals! When I want to upgrade or add a line to my account, I can almost always get the phone I want for free. Not a bad deal at all! And they are great about addressing problems with phones (we had a phone malfunction) and replacing them with no problems. more
