check your credit card statement 3/7/2010

I took my daughter to the Hudson Cinema 9 Theater on Friday March 5, 2010. I saw the 3 couples in front of me having trouble using their credit card, when it was my turn the lady ran my credit card x4 before she said, ""there"". When I checked my statement Sunday morning I saw that I had been charged $18.00 x4 by the theater. My credit card company took off the charges but to everyone else who went that night and that lady ran your card more than once... GO CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!!! Pros: had a great time Cons: over charged x3 more

good service, the big movies, but not good seating. 4/24/2007

I go to the hudson cinema a lot since i live here in hudson, and i have to say, its only okay. They only show the big movies, the have good service, but their seating and theatres are not good! The smaller theatres smell disgusting and usually have food in them. i like hudson cinema okay, but i always try to see a movie before it reaches the smaller theatres. LOVE THIS THEATER 3/16/2007

I'll be back to this theater on a regular basis. The staff are friendly, the admission and concession fees are priced fairly, and the parking lot is spacious and well maintained. *Five of the nine theaters have stadium seating*, which I absolutely love - being short, I don't need to worry about not being able to see the screen; and four have standard theater seating - would love to see these converted to stadium seating as well. more

I would like to be the happy medium of the first two reviews given. I grew up with tiny little theatres with NO STADIUM SEATING and this has been something nice that has come along in the last 20 or so years. I guess younger people are a little spoiled! I like the Hudson theatre because it is small, clean and the popcorn is usually fresh. It is close to home and can compare for prices with other theatres. If you like a big theatre, than stick with Carmike, etc. That to me means, more rude people, possibly and less quality of service. I have been to the Carmike several times when the movie has been interrupted and we could hardly find an employee to fix it. To each his own, I say. more

A very nice theater 2/9/2006

I absolutely love this theater. It may not have over 20 movies but it is nice for a smaller theater. We have never had a problem with the theater. Stadium seating is great!!! Concession prices are average. Pros: Stadium seating, Price Cons: Good concession stand more

About half stadium, half not, intimate theatre settings with comfortable seating. First run movies. more
